[Warrior][Arms]T19 2p/4p swap

WoW Freakz spell link: 2p bonus (wowhead link),4p bonus (wowhead link)
Bug description: The set bonuses have been swapped at some point during Nighthold patch. This was probably because the 2p was too op, and the 4p was useless, so basically no one would play 4p.
This is also for BM hunter.

Proof: I couldn't find the patch notes for when this happened, however i found several topics mentioning this swap.

This is a nice dps increase right now, because of the really bad stats most pieces give, and especially for those warriors who donated for pvp gear with mastery (they get a lot of mastery due to the random stats on items bug).
