[Warrior][Fury] Unrivaled Strength - pvp major bug and exploitable

Bug description: it can stack after 4 ranks in pvp. I found a guy doing arenas who had all his relics with this buff so he had 35% instead of 20% so it's highly broken and exploitable.

if someone from the staff can double check if all traits are caped at 4 ranks? There are some of them which are impossible to test because they offer passive increases.

Confirmed.

Unrivaled Strength trait is the only trait that is not losing the relic trait bonus - which should happen (it should have the base value of 20%)
