[Warrior] [Protection] Revenge passive effect

Bug description: It's doesn't happen often, but, sometimes, when you dodge or parry an attack Revenge spell become sparkly but without reset its cooldown. I think it happen when that passive effect of Revenge is proc exactly when i use it.

How it should work: Cooldown should be reset when you parry or dodge an attack.

I don't know if it's the same case , but this sometime happens to my protection paladin with Avenger's Shield . It usually occurs when i proc it alot , aka when there are alot of mobs attacking me . First couple procs happen fine then the spell flashes and yet the cooldown doesn't reset .

Another case when it happen, for my protection warrior, is on a big pull of mobs too.
