What's the real Reputation Rate?

Hello, I just created a new character and the server message said
XP Rate = 10x, Reputations rate = 5x

I entered my account here on the site and saw that max Rep rate is 1x

Is it a problem with my account or what is the real rep rate? 5x or 1x?

Hello. The experience rates are as follows:
Level 1-80 is 10x
Level 80-90 is 5x
Level 90-100 is 3x
Level 100-110 is 1x
