Am citit pe mai multe forumuri ca windows 8 e mai bun in jocuri si se vede diferenta.Am avut si eu 8 dar nu l-am tinut mult si vreau sa stiu parerea celor care folosesc sau au folosit ambele versiuni ce parere au si care este mai bun.(in jocuri ma intereseaza mai mult)

Ar trebui sa mai apara si o a treia varianta XP.
Este the best. Dar intre 8 si 7, alege 8, chiar daca e mai incarcat, contine optimizari noi care aduc plusuri in favoarea jocurilor, desi multi spun ca windows 8 este mai mult pentru "business" eu inclin sa ii dau o nota mai buna fata de windows 7.

Windows 8 are o interfata mai frumoasa, dar e greu de folosit, chiar foarte pentru necunoscatori. Era cu licenta, si ma saturasem de el, si l-am schimbat + nu toate aplicatiile sunt pentru w8. Unele aplicatii pot oprii placa de retea (asa mi s-a intamplat) daca sunt instalate aplicatii necorespunzatoare , adica aplicatii care nu suporta w8.

Eu folosesc wind 8, in wow am ~80 fps in ogg in locuri aglomerate. Din cate am inteles wind 8.1 ar fi mai bun pentru gaming decat 8.

windows 8.1 se merita daca poti face rost de licentza, nu care exista momentan pe torrente (cel putin pana nu apare un activator calumea cum sunt acu pe win7 cu care poti activa o versiune clean untouched si te lasa sa faci si updates).

consuma mai putine resurse ca si win7 cu toate ca are interfatza metro si alte chestii in plus, jocurile mai populare gen WoW, LoL, dota2,fifa10+,etc. or sa-ti mearga foarte bine, doar la jocurile mai vechi aparute inainte de win8 s-ar putea sa faca figuri.

la fel si daca ai pc/laptop cu componente mai vechi s-ar putea sa ai unele dificultati legat de drivere.
