Winter Achievement

Hi everyone, I'd like to know if the achievement Fa-la-la-la-Ogri'la is scripted, because I was looking for the quest to complete it, and I didn't found it. I went on Freakz site, and I saw that :

1. An Apexis Relic Chu'a'lor Chu'a'lor
2. Bombing Run Sky Sergeant Vanderlip Sky Sergeant Vanderlip
3. Bomb Them Again! Sky Sergeant Vanderlip Sky Sergeant Vanderlip

So I've checked Chu'a'lor but he doesn't give the first quest, so I don't know what I have to do...

Can someone help me ?

Actually there's a long chain quest until you get to Bombing Run and eventually to Bomb Them Again!
You need to start in Shattrath by getting the quest from V'eru that's called "Speaking with the Ogre".
Use our database @wow.freakz.ro website to check NPC locations.

Hum, I did it without problems, again, thanks. But now I have an other problem ^^ I tried google, and to get http://www.wowhead.com/item=34191/handful-of-snowflakes to do http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=1687/let-it-snow I'm supposed to /kiss a Winter Reveler but they don't give anything... so I guess this achievement is bugged what am I supposed to do?

It is the same for http://www.wowhead.com/item=21519/mistletoe#comments ; I can't get them by kissing a reveler for http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=1685/bros-before-ho-ho-hos
