Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Base damage este cu vreo ~200 mai mare cred.
Dovada / Proof:

Normal base damage ar trebui sa fie 1214 minim pana la 1514 maxim, cu coeficient 123.1%.
Calculez considerand average base damage care ar trebui sa fie: (1214 + 1514) / 2 = 1364
La 150sp: 1364 + 150 * 1.231 = 1548.65 (sa zicem 1549) => diferenta fata de screenshot de 231 damage
la 2658 sp: 1364 + 2658 * 1.231 = 4636 => diferenta fata de screenshot de 192
La 6813 sp: 1364 + 6813 * 1.231 = 9751 => diferenta fata de screenshot de 213

Luand in considerare diferenta mare de spell-power si variatia destul de mica care se mentine la o valoare constanta (diferenta este din cauza numarului mic de hituri) => base damage incorect. Daca ar fi avut probleme la coeficientul de sp, diferenta ar fi variat destul de mult.

ai luat in considerare faptul ca pe 4.3.4 dmg ul e crescut ?

Starfire si Wrath au primit un buff de 23% pe 4.2.0.

BasePoints = 1214.41 to 1514.60

Avea acelasi base si pe 4.0.6 FARA 23% buff,probabil de aici si diferenta?

S-a modificat multiplicatorul de spell power, nu si base damage, din 100% sp cat avea, acum are 123.1%.

Probabil ca a mutat si fix la damage din 4.0.6 care era gresit in dbc,acum e corect si trebuie sters.

Doar presupun,dar mai mult ca sigur asta este problema ;-/
