Wow error (wow51900319)

Since playing 8.2, i permanently get wow51900319 error (disconnect) in certain dungeons (freehold especially). I think it has to do with cutscenes. When I get the error, I can't reconnect, or have try and reconnect like 30 times or unstuck. Makes playing the game basically impossible sometimes. And no, my internet works fine, i've been playing since 7.0, never had this problem, only since 8.2. I've even redownloaded the game, delete cache stuff, etc. It seems to be a 8.2 bfa problem. How to fix this?

thx buddy, but most of that 'fixes' is network related, and there isn't anything wrong with my network, i've been playing wowfreakz since 7.0. It's definitely a BFA problem, and i'm almost 100% sure it has to do with cutscenes/dialog in dungeons/pve content.
