"You can't do that yet" always on

As the title says, after the 7.3.5 patch whenever I log in on my main character, the message "You can't do that yet" flashes red in the top middle of the screen. I've checked if I had a pressed key, but all the keys are fine. When I log onto one of my alt characters everything is fine, but as soon as I log on my hunter, the message appears again. I reinstalled the game and disabled all addons just to make sure I don't have a faulty addon, but the message still appears.
Anyone encountered this problem or have any idea how to solve this?

Yes i have the same problem on my hunter, but not my alts..

Same happened to me, but only on my main hunter (I have multiple). None of my other characters are affected.
