Have you talked to the NPC which offers the boost?

Also, post at the correct section next time.

oh, suddenly a character appeared on the list of character 110 night elf warrior, I have to change her class because I did not even make her such class.

The level 110 boost is only available ONCE PER ACCOUNT and can't be reverted under any circumstances. Once a character is boosted, that choice is final.
