[completed]Sealed Chest after the quest was turned in

Details: (optional) Please read carefully my situation before rejecting it again. The issue with the Sealed Chest is not the drop chance but that the loot conditions deny to get it because I have completed and turned in the quest The Lich King's Last Stand and normally it should have dropped then but it didn't because it had a 2% drop chance. I did not do anything wrong along the quest chain and I should be able to get the chest to finish the whole questline. Please don't reject it again because I wrote several tickets to GMs and they told me to post on the forum in this section.
