Can't find the free 110 booster?

Hi,

I have created a new character and can'y find the booster when i talk to an NPC in Stormwind?

Where do I find this boost?

Hello Steiniche,

The NPC is called "Freak". It's located in every starting zone and in Stormwind/Orgrimmar.

In Stormwind, it's located next to the Auction House / Hero's Call Board in the Trade District.

The NPC is a green Undead riding on the Hearthsteed mount.
