Fasolea muiata 10-12 ore, se fierbe schimband apa de 2-3 ori.Cand clocoteste,adaugam o ceapa, foaie de dafin, boabe de piper. calim 2 cepe, adaugam morcovul dat pe razatoarea fina, le calim impreuna,adaugam sosul iute, sucul de rosii, lasam pe foc pana se ridica uleiul la suprafata. Cand fasolea este fiarta, se amesteca sosul cu fasolea, se condimenteaza, se presara cu verdeata.


Servim cu muraturi sau salata.
