Mod de preparare
Nucile se curata, se prajesc usor, apoi se toaca mare, untul se taie cuburi, cacaoa se cerne peste unt impreuna cu zaharul.


Se adauga toate peste laptele rece si se pun la foc amestecand incontinuu pentru a forma o compozitie uniforma. Cand a dat primul clocot, inchidem aragazul si lasam la racit. Dupa ce s-a racit complet, adaugam zaharul vanilat si esenta de rom. Apoi incepem sa incorporam ouale intregi, amestecand dupa fiecare, continuam cu faina amestecata cu praful de copt. Adaugam si nucile tocate, turnam totul intr-o tava tapetata cu unt si faina si coacem la cuptorul incins, dar la foc mic cam 30-40 de minute.


Lasam prajitura la racit si apoi o taiem in patratele. Pentru sosul de cafea, intr-o craticioara punem zaharul pe foc si il lasam pana se caramelizeaza, turnam cu grija cafeaua peste caramel, amestecam bine si apoi adaugam cele 2 linguri de frisca lichida si untul. Adaugam zaharul vanilat, esenta de cafea (daca folositi) si romul, amestecam bine, iar la final adaugam amidonul dizolvat in 2 linguri de cafea lasam la foc mic pana se ingroasa sosul.
