[REJECTED] Can not enter the game

Bug description: I have been trying to enter the game and I have not been able to, an alert appears that says: you have been disconnected from the server. It always appears and I can no longer enter the list of characters that I have created

same issue cannot get into game , disconnected from server....

That normally happens when server is restarting. Just keep on trying 10- 15 times and it will let you in eventually. Alternatively, just give it 5 min then try again later. If you have any more problems make a new report..
