Bug description: hello, i noticed gear we had that is hc or normal from raid either titanforging or warforging either if its heroic normal mythic become same ilvl in bfa.

same for items from mythic+ items either its is warforing titanforging it come same ilvl as a heroic dungeon item,.
conculsion:
1) items from mythic +++ Scale to same item from hc for dungeons even its forged (dungeons)


2) items from raids whatever its forged or not whatever its hc or normal or mythic (raids)
hope that fixed before live.

its need to be revised.

note : some items will be better than green items from questing in bfa just a side note

We are aware of this issue, the downscale of some of the items are wrong, although those will be replaced by quest items and makes it irrelevant to the gameplay of BFA. Thank you for reporting this.
