Bug description: rogue assassination talent lvl 30 called "subterfuge"
Proof: the problem is with rogue spec assassination talent called subterfuge, sometimes it doesnt work. It should work always after breaking stealth, right now it sometimes works like it should and sometimes id doesnt work at all. U can test it for like 10minutes in the game it will appear very often.

If you manually cancel stealth then subterfuge will not activate. But either way post proof, if you think it's not working correctly.
