[REJECTED] World Quest Abandoned in the Burrows

Character name:Tofalos
Bug description: 2 possible problems. Either the Vulpera prisoners respawn time is off by hours, or each Vulpera prisoner spawn only once per players lifetime and doesn't reset after completion of the quest which makes the quest possible only 2 times.
Proof: N/A . Just noticed that the Vulpera I realeased in the previous 2 times hadn't respawn and they kept like this for hours.

Could not reproduce. The captives were able to be rescued soon after I rescued them once. There are also 15 other captives in the area so this should not be a problem. The World Quest itself works as well.
