[duplicate] The 8.3 Elusive Quickhoof

So, in 8.3, the Elusive Quickhoof was added to Vol'dun. A rare NPC that, if you feed it Seaside Leafy Greens Mix, you should get the NPC as a mount. Additionally, multiple people could feed it to get the mount per spawn and it stays up for about 10 minutes.

Because it was a 8.3, this NPC is not spawned. So, I would like to suggest it be added because it has no impact on other content in the game. I, along with most of my guild, really like the Alpaca mounts.
