what is the order of importance? It's really good u fix the low level quests cuz nobody need it but what's up with class fixes? for example the sub rogue dmg of pvp is unusable since the 4.3 server started

No but fixing low-level quests is easy than figuring out what causes the player movement delays.

Quests and stuff like this can be fixed by some more guys (and girls also!) that's why you keep seeing those fixes at that section.
Spells, bosses, world mechanics or w/e can only be fixed by one guy, Shocker, that's why those move slowly. You just have to be patient.
