[REJECTED] [druid][resto] Cenarion Ward not procing when taking dmg

Bug description: this spell isnt proc on aoe dmg or any dmg other then mele hit from the boss ( it should proc by any dmg taken ) / which mean it will never procs if u put it in someone other then tank
Proof: sry i dont have footege of it , but it can easly be tested and any resto druid should be able to confirm this

It procs on aoe damage taken and other damage sources, tried it myself in arcway at the tiny exploding spiders.
If you feel like the talent is bugged, try the following:
- unstuck
-delete cache
-take another talent and then switch back
