Bug description: After completing the Fourth War campaign, Elder Rise in Thunder Bluff gets phased due to one of the cutscenes where Hamul Runetotem and other npcs learn about Saurfang's fate. This remains phased even after completing the entire questline, leaving players unable to interact with any npcs there (causing trouble in, for example, now with the Lunar event)
