item recovery due to roll back (exodus)

Details: (optional) : my previous request for the item http://www.wowhead.com/item=71989/ was no recover because i came to know boe items cannot be recovered so i would just like to know why due to roll back if u cant recover the wrist atleast the gms wud be kind enuff to recover the dreamcloth that i had made spending gold as i still have a 4 day cd on it and i have no way to get back my wrist that i had equipped and idk why the armory is not showing the entry of my crafting it maybe due to rollback so i will post a ss of crafting the wrist and a screenshot of the cd so you can verify that i had lost it and also i think a gm can easily check my log if they are thinking that i must have sold it. Pls help coz for 3 days i waited for reply and didnt get one justified reply.Atleast giving back the dreamcloth will be fair coz then i can farm the embers of destruction and make the wrist for myself.
