Bug description: it should eject enemies already inside it or enemies that try to enter it.

Right now this talent is only working on non-elite mob. I don't know if there's the excuse like with druid's typhoon, but right now is utterly useless in pve.

This forum says it was changed in 7.1.5 but here it never worked on pve content.
