Bug description: we have fortified instad of tyrannical and in 3 weeks we have Teeming Explosive Tyrannical but need to be Teeming Explosive Fortified

I think we need clarification if freakz wants to follow the retail rotation or if we just generate random keys with alternating tyra/fortified weeks.

Assuming that we will see this patch way longer than retail players there might be a reason to have them random in order to keep m+ interesting over this long period of time.

(note: random means keys with valid affix combinations like in 7.1.5 and not complete random like before recent fix)
