need help : my vote points are stuck

hi Freakz ,

recently i have a bug with my vote points .
i still have my vote points but everytimes when i try to vote i have no +5 points .... i mean i have voted 4 times on 4 days last 4 days (so it's suppose to be +20 but i have none point vote) . here's what it's always show :
''You (or someone from your IP) last voted on: 09/18/2021 12:00:01
You will be able to vote again on: Now
Upon successful voting you will receive 5 vote points

Your votes are being validated, this usually takes 5-20 minutes. After that you will receive your vote points.''

so again everytime if i try to vote it's stuck there with same message and i have no point vote .

someone can help me on this?
