[REJECTED] [paladin][protection] Light of the protector and Hand of the protector pvp multipliers

Bug description: They don't have any pvp multiplier or they have the outdated 15% one

How it should work - hand of the protector and light of the protector should heal for 35% less in pvp

I did some tests with a lvl 100 test character.
It has 70k HP and I did a challenge in arena.
Dropped the HP to half -35k
Light of the crusader healed for ~10500 which is 30% of the missing HP (It should have healed for ~0.65 X 10500

I think this is causing those broken prot heals in pvp.

Should be fixed asap. I couldnt drop the paladin lower than ~20% with cds up

Both of the spells have 65% PvP modifier. That's 35% reduction.

I believe I told you not to test stuff with trial characters, PvP modifiers/templates only activate at lvl 110 (I am aware that it should on lower levels too, but I was too lazy to implement proper scaling on lower levels, as noone actually cares)
