Confirmed, and as we cannot complete this, the other quests at Eastwind/Westwind Rest are unobtainable. Really screws up the zone.

Confirmed, the firewater-bottle disappears upon accepting the quest, and thus cannot be used to turn in at Donova Snowden.

Dalan Nightbreaker - elite rare in Krasarang Wilds, bugs out as he kills himself with his own attacks, thus not granting engaging players anything (honor etc).
