Description: Killing Ordo Overseers ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=59580&&name=ordo-overseer ) should give you credits based on the number of slaves around him. Currently gives none on death.
Proof: http://imgur.com/a/jJfRi (as you can see, I just killed this Ordo Overseer, yet no credit was given to me) + 0 completion for this quest.

It's part of a chain, unlocks a few more back at West/Eastwind Rest.

Confirmed, and as we cannot complete this, the other quests at Eastwind/Westwind Rest are unobtainable. Really screws up the zone.
