| Same goes for crafted items. Stat randomizer seems to not apply any stats when item is created. |

There are my observations:
Once someone from enemy faction hit mob flagged by you, or you flag enemy's mob, then loot from this mob is locked for both of you, as you "don't" have permission ... |
