I waited until the towers went down, and then were reactivated on Broken Shore but I still only get offered the same quest. I unlearned Leatherworking completely, then relearned it up to (currently) 742/800. Eliezer Hammerbeard still only offers "[110] The Owl and the Obsserver". Although he shouldn't as I don't have the patterns to make the legendries anymore. I just want to abandon the whole quest chain to start the working leather boots quest instead. Currently this quest quest lock you out from either doing legendary hands (Vigilance Perch), or switching to Leather Boots (The Sentinel's Eternal Refuge) if you ware uniformed enough, to lock yourself to mail legendary. So I'm asking for either chance to make this quest autocomplete until Karazhan will be opened (preferably) or to remove option to pick this quest until it get fixed. Also as a friend who posted this bug, I'll also ask for removing this lock from my character, as currently i can't make any craftable legendary.

The fact that Karazhan is currently closed is well known so cant help you with that.
