npc is indeed in the mountain, can be seen falling down and dissapearing into the mountain.

You don't get what i mean, i can equip the weapons by changing to fury spec (they auto-equip).
But when i want to move them around in my inventory, say to a certain bag where i keep my gear and other stuff in, i am not allowed because i get the message the items can't be swapped.

Bug description: I am unable to move the weapons around in my inventory, i get the message: These items can't be swapped.
This also happens when trying to move them to an empty slot in my bags. So it's not really about swap ... |

I know i don't need to have the 3000 valor at all times.
At least now i know, but that still does not explain why i started with 0/1000 valor for this week, managed to do 4 bosses to hit the 3000/3000 max valor cap and the 1000/1000 weekly cap at the same time.
In my opinion my valor should just start adding agai ... |

Today i have done 3 LFR in Throne of Thunder, after the 4th boss i was valor capped at 3000/3000, so when we where finished with the 6th boss i went to upgrade some gear to spend my valor points.
Then i queued up for another LFR ... |
