Don't have any links so skipped that part.

Today i have done 3 LFR in Throne of Thunder, after the 4th boss i was valor capped at 3000/3000, so when we where finished with the 6th boss i went to upgrade some gear to spend my valor points.
Then i queued up for another LFR and noticed i didn't get any valor, so i checked what the problem was and it said i was 1000/1000 for this week.
Obviously that should not be possible by killing only 6 bosses or by 9 bosses in LFR.

If possible please correct this if possible.
Would prefer to only take 3 weeks to get the 3000 valor for Wrathion.

So what are you trying to say is:
1-you have 2500 valor->do the bosses and reached 3000/3000 total valor; 500/1000 weekly valor
2-did the other bosses and the weekly valor still went up from 500/1000 to 1000/1000 instead on remaining at 500/1000 until you could aquire more?
(maybe i exagerated with the amount of valor put there but if it's true then it's oke)

Also try to search for some blizzard proof,this might get rejected if not.

You don't need to have 3000 valor at all times to complete that quest. You only need to GAIN it. That means you can also spend your valor and still complete the quest.

I know i don't need to have the 3000 valor at all times.
At least now i know, but that still does not explain why i started with 0/1000 valor for this week, managed to do 4 bosses to hit the 3000/3000 max valor cap and the 1000/1000 weekly cap at the same time.
In my opinion my valor should just start adding again after i had spend it to make room to get more.

I was under the impression that i needed to have 3000 valor to turn in the quest, when that appeared to be faulty i spend 1500 valor upgrading gear.
Then i went to do another LFR to get more valor but didn't get any, so i checked my valor amount and it was 1000/1000 for this week.
At 40 valor per boss killed i should have only 360 valor max, as i did 9 bosses.

I have done another LFR after so i am saved for 4 in total now, makeing the max for 12 bosses 480 valor.
