| Yeah the item is not scaling properly at 900 it should give you 2934 pure mastery or if it have second stats(random) it can be crit/haste/verse mastery should be 1886 and second stats 1048. |

Well that the correct report about rogue shoulders cause its -3 sec 100% not the 1 for -6 sec 100% crit cause of vanish buff duration.
But lets dont forget thats a report for 7.2
