Yeah the item is not scaling properly at 900 it should give you 2934 pure mastery or if it have second stats(random) it can be crit/haste/verse mastery should be 1886 and second stats 1048.

I confirm. I think this is happening due to non-fixed bug with items which should have random stats, like trinkets from world quests etc. I had ring which i crafted in 7.1.5, and it upgraded in new patch just fine, and all the new rings from 7.2.5 have low stats.

Can confirm that, things from professions doesn't have secondary stat at all :/

Confirm, the scaling is rly strange.
It should not have a secondary stat according to wowhead, but it should give about 3k-ish mastery at ilvl 900

There`s an image with the hunter with the same ring, upgraded 3/10 and with more mastery than an item upgraded 10/10

Fixed. Old items already fixed, new items will be fully fixed after next restart (or after a relog if you do it before next restart)
