Bug description: A Murder of Crows should put stacks on Bullseye after the target is bellow 20%.
Proof: I cant record but its easy to reproduce.

Confirmed.

it should apply stacks, since there are 2 spells that can apply faster stacks of Bullseye since it procs on all physical damage you apply so murder of crows and Barrage.
