| I can't turn in the quest seeing as the quest is not able to be completed, cause the npc is not there with the hypoghiph to sent me to the broken shore. I mean there is no way to complete the quest .. ... |

| I check every corner of my class hall and i cannot complete said quest there. The only place where the quest becomes highlighted is in krasus landing but the npc is never there |
