Bug description: I get there i click the ancient anvil and then ... well that's it ... that's the problem nothing else happens

the dude does not spawn

The quest worked fine for me. After clicking the Anvil, the NPC spawned as intended.

Have you tried to abandon the quest, delete cache and then take it again? Or use the unstuck option on site if you happen to be phased somehow when doing the quest?
