| Deci,Ca sa intelegeti odata...Mastery-ul afecteaza healul doar in cazul in care Targetul nu e 100%,altfel nu are nici o influenta,asa ca nu mai aberati va rog |

No bug here.
Roskatule in primul rand:totemul nu e neutru
second:healul se pune la healing in recount doar in combat si daca nu esti full hp ,altfel e overheal
third:totemul da heal la toti din party/raid din range-ul totemului |
