regarding iranian's connection problem

i have seen on some other topics saying iran is blocked freakz server i dont think thats correct and is what actually happend here
like on https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Iranian-players-cant-connected-t560340.html topic
here is why :

as you can see i tried ping a blocked adress like facebook it says

but when i ping ovh-felsong.freakz.ro
it successfully does it

but i think the problem here is with tcp port 80 8085 1119 (one of these)!
which iran's regime has blocked in order to block people to use some vpn and proxy

is there a better bypass for this other than vpn ?

No, there is no other way than a VPN.

WoW (the game itself, not specifically out server) uses the following TCP ports: 1111-1119, 1129, 8001-8009, 8019, 8085, 8086 - This means that regardless of what you do, you're always going to be using 1119 and 8085 - and this also makes it hard to believe that the Iranian government has blocked these ports.. else you wouldn't be able to connect to official World of Warcraft servers, either. (Can you actually? I'm actually not sure about that, not really following the situation in Iran)

in that case
the problem should be somewhere else which i have no knowledge of
cuz when i check http://ovh-felsong.freakz.ro
on offical iran's Ministry of ICT site for blocked adress it says it's not blocked :

also connecting to game using 3g and LTE networks works fine and has no problem if it was a actuall blockage
it would have been blocked on mobile's network too but the problem is only with DSL networks!

It could be possible that Iranian ISPs themselves have blocked the game server, not the Iranian state as a whole?

no i dont think they have the authority for doing that

I don't know, then. The problem is definitely coming somewhere from your country, though, it's not related to us, we've checked. Connection from us to your country is fine, it's the other way around that's causing problems.

anyway i filled a report for this on iran's site (https://rafefilter.internet.ir/index.html) if they ever reply i will post it here
