server rates, expected date of increase?

i tried to go through almost all the sticky threads, announcements and posts, i found that server rates will be lowered for mop content to make it a bit challenging at the start.
since the server is still going through initial fixes, stability issues etc, i plan not to start playing immediately.

so my question is, approximately, when are the rates going to increase, (2 weeks? 6 weeks? 2 months? any estimation at all?)
also upto what% will they be increased, currently they are at 5%, will they be increased to a max of 15% like other content?
what about reputation rate? will it also be increased

We currently have 15x for level 1-85 content, and 3x for level 85-90.
Level 1-85 rates won't be increased anymore. I don't think we will increase 85-90 rates anymore (or maybe just a bit, till 5x). The reason: most 85-90 content is scripted allmost blizzlike (with text, cinematics, animations, scripts, etc).

People dont bother with that because of the lvling exploit going around , should be fixed to reward your work @Shocker
