so i get banned for no reason?

i cant talk with other friends in real life about old contents etc and i get banned for 7 days because i sayd that i played on other servers? and no response from gm HERE because ingame ticket i CANT READ because IM BANNED FOR 7 days in chat game.

However, mentioning other servers by name is forbidden and we have a chat filter for that.
