tier or legendary

hello, my brother gift me this month 120$ woth of Mint cards to use on wharever i want, since the only thing i know i could use it is here i was thinking about buying something for my monk, however im thorn between my 2 bis legendaries or 4 tier pieces for the set. wich one would you guys think is more important to get tier bonus sets or BiS legendaries (i main bm spec)? (as a side note, i reached 110 with him last week so i have nothing higher than 840ilvl right now)

I would go for the set. You can just farm the legendaries
