Create a simple program to model bank transactions in a transactions journal. Expose a method to transfer an amount of money, either deposit or withdraw. Based on the journal, write a method to calculate an account balance at a specific date.

Cam asa suna cerinta. Programul poate fi facut in Java sau C++ . As prefera C++
