Bug description: Power Ward: Shield in the tooltip it says 7938 absorb, on my buff i get 5836absorb.

This appears to be a tooltip error as the spell works correctly. The current formula for Power Word: Shield is [Spell Power * 1.54 * (1 + Versatility) * 1 * 1], which in the simple language would mean for our test we will take the value of 7,283 Spell Power and no Versatility, that should equal to 11215.82 and this is the value you should get on the shield in each spec (unless affected by versatility). Therefore it is a visual tooltip error and the spell formula works correctly.
