Descrierea bugului / Bug description:
-este posibil ca sansa de proc a talentului sa fie prea mica
-pe site vad ca zice ceva de 20% iar pe unele forumuri ( http://us.battle.net/wow/en/forum/topic/1869255456 ) se spune ceva de 37%
-eu in multe dueluri (melee) ajung sa nu fac nici un proc de maelstrom mai cu seama 5

va rog daca se poate sa testati, mersi!

aceeasi parere o am si eu despre MW, este posibil ca procu sa fie cam mic. verificati va rog. foarte important pt enha sham.

Amice incearca sa ne scutesti de prostiile tale. Ai lvl 80 pe shaman si din cate vad ai 1 day played. Iti spun eu ca uneori stai si 45 secunde pe un boss pana faci 5 stacks MW.

maelstrom wepon is a proc per minute spell, adica intr-un minut tre sa procuiasca de un anumit numar de ori. din cate am citit la arme de speed 2.6, sansa de proc a maestrom weapon tre sa fie de 43% la fiecare hit.
intr-un minut mi-a procuit de 15 ori, la aprox 50 de hits(only white melee), asta inseamna o sansa de 30%, ceea ce nu e grav. problema cred ca e alta, nu procuieste la lava lash si windfury weapon, windfury care da 3 extra attacks.
alta problema este ca pe playeri procuieste mult prea greu.

Se poate sa fie ce spune Sundays. E probabil ca din WF/LL sau FT sa nu ia proc. Acest lucru scade enorm numaru' de maelstroms adunate...

Si eu cred ca procuie cam greu, ajung cu armele la un speed de 0.8 gen si de abia daca dau 2-3 LB pe minut...ar trebui inca, ca pe WotLK sa fie main priority..

da sundays. in pve am obs ca procuie mult mai des, iar in pvp " ma rog de el sa procuie" am avut arene si de cateva minute in care nu am apucat sa vad proc de 5 mw...
