Descrierea bugului / Bug description: 4.0.6 hotfixes nu sunt aplicate la clase
Dovada / Proof:
cateva chestii importante:
Shaman
Purification (Restoration passive) now grants a 25% bonus to healing effects, up from 10%.

Priests
Inner Focus can no longer be cast before the effect of its preceding spell completes (Inner Focus will only be applied to spells that are cast after it).
Shadow Power (Shadow priest passive) now increases Shadow damage by 15%, down from 25%

Hunter
Aimed Shot damage has been decreased to approximately 160% weapon damage (at level 80+), down from 200%.
Aspect of the Hawk now provides 2000 attack power at level 85.

Warriors
Raging Blow has been reduced from 120% to 100% weapon damage at max level. More information can be found

Death Knights
The root that the Frost talent Chilblains gives to Chains of Ice is now properly affected by diminishing returns and shares diminishing returns with other root effects.
Dark Transformation now increases pet damage by 60%, down from 80%.
Death Coil damage has been reduced by 15%.
The pet damage bonus from Shadow Infusion is now 6% per stack, down from 8%.

Mages
Rank 2 of Fingers of Frost now has the correct proc chance.

Ar fi frumos sa se aplice. Partea cu "Warriors-Raging Blow has been reduced from 120% to 100% weapon damage at max level." suna cel mai bine.

intrebare: Daca se baga 4.1,hotfixurile de pe 4.0.6 sunt implementate automat ?
Daca da e complet useless sa lucreze 1 luna la hotfixuri si apoi sa bage 4.1 sau 4.2
Daca nu, cel putin implementati toate fixurile nu doar 2 3(nerfuri) pt anumite clase.

Da, se aude ca e posibil sa nu le implementam pentru ca suntem pe primul 'patch de hotifx' din lista aia care o vedeti voi acolo.
