Multiplies the critical strike chance of all your spells against frozen targets by 3, and increases the damage done by Frostbolt against frozen targets by 20%.

Second part is broken, It doesn`t increase frostbolt dmg against frozen targets by 20 %. VERY Important Talent ! And 20% is very big frostbolt dmg nerf !

Lvl 11 means i have no mastery, no other talents, and no extra buffs, this means we can focus on testing shatter alone.

1. Frostbolt - 64 damage.
2. Frost Nova - 44 damage (crit)
3. Frostbolt - 63 damage ( 20% of 63= 12,6 ~13) => the right damage should be 76.

Don`t know your language but this picture is exactly the problem what i`m talking about, don`t know how it work for some people like Whysomad, maybe it works only if you have lvl 85 character ?...

It doesnt work for Whysomad at lvl 85, he just forgot what mastery does for him as frost mage.

This needs to be fixed.

Yea sure he have mastery ! So Shatter is bugged ...

Destul de greu sa iti dai seama daca ai mastery pe tine pus, dar am scos gearu si nu se vede diferenta la dmg(cu sau fara talent), confirm buged.

Level 80-8 ore....2 meserii full-2zile....un gear score de 5,5k-3 sapt....un wipe pe freakz....de nepretuit pentru toate celelalte exista DONATE.

Am testat ºi eu, nu merge. Nu se aplicã bonusul.

bump, one of the most important frost talents don`t work ! i think all frost talents work properly exept this, maybe its not that hard to fix it.

Shatter nu merge a mai fost postat de 5-6 ori oricum e o treaba buna ca mai multi sunt interesati de acest bug dar invatati sa postati mai bine.
