Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Healing from that buff when priest do shadow dmg is insanely low.
Let's say I put all dots on target and start to Mind Flay it, I'm getting healed for like 100 per tick wich if lower than on TBC 0.o

Bring some math

Put PW:Pain on a target and check if heal = 6% on you, 3% on party members - post screenshot. It's easy to test

the heal has been reduced with the nerf to 10% to all healing reduced effects(until cataclysm you healed for 25% dmg done now you only heal for 6%)

yeah, this means it's definitely bugged, right?

1st of all TBC Vamp. Embrace had 15% healing + 10% from the improved talent.

If you do the math, you'll see that it's working as intended.

(2466*6)/100=158.64 + some bonus healing. There.
