DECI si prin urmare

propun 2 reguli esentiale daca vreti ca guilda asta sa faca raiduri cu succes.
1. iLVL 354 minim,se face extrem de usor,dupa atata timp de cand e Cata functional,e culmea sa primim membri sub acest ilvl. Eu mi-am facut 350 pe lock intr-o singura zi cu iteme din rep si de pe jos.

2. DPS TEST LA DUMMY cei care scot sub 6k dps pe dummy,nu au ce cauta. Daca nici in dungeons nu sunt toti playerii peste 10k dps lejer,atunci ganditi-va ce fain va fi la raiduri.

M-am oferit sa fac raiduri in viitorul apropiat si ma voi tine de cuvant. Insa atata timp cat eu fac raiduri,nu voi lua pe nimeni ce nu indeplinesc aceste 2 reguli banale. Sunt multi jucatori f buni care isi fac nervi si isi pierd mult timp din cauza ca nu exista un criteriu eficient de acceptare in guilda. Ganditi-va cat timp nu veti mai irosi aiurea in fiecare seara cu raidurile daca veti impune reguli de acceptare.

Charzuul nu cred ca sunt oameni cu ilvl mai mic de 350.Si test la dummy face oricum fiecare class leader. -

on-topic: daca fac noii veniti dps test,atunci cum se explica cativa membri mai noi sau mai vechi care nu scot mai mult de 4-5k dps?

Dupa cum am spus,asta e problema fiecarui class leader ,si daca sunt ceva probleme se discuta intre ofiteri.Discutia asta nu isi are rostul - Fiecare respecta atributiile rankului pe care il are.
